Return instructions

1. Return and Exchange: If the product you received, the product does not meet your needs, please contact customer service within 7 days to discuss the return

2. Precautions for return and exchange: the returned product must be returned to its original state, which means it must be returned to the original state when you received the product. For combined products, all products must be returned together, partial product returns will not be accepted.

3. In accordance with the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Communication Transactions" stipulated in Article 19, Item 2 of the "Consumer Protection Law", the shaker cup product, because it is a personal hygiene product, is removed and cut. If you have already used it, you will not be entitled to a seven-day hesitation period

4. Please use the packaging carton used by the delivery manufacturer to pack the returned product properly. If the original carton is lost, please use another carton to wrap the original product packaging. Do not paste paper or write directly on the original packaging Word. If the original packaging is damaged, the product cannot be returned or the damage fee must be deducted from the refund.

After confirming the receipt of your returned product and the integrity of the product, we will immediately process the refund for you. There are two refund methods:

The refund will be made to the payer's physical financial account, and the refund process will take five working days.

For the refund of credit card payment, the refund operation takes seven working days.
